SPACE MARCH 16TH, 2016, AFTER BEING AT 963 PLEASANT GROVE FOR TWO YEARS. STEVE AND HIS WIFE MICHELLE OPERATE THE RESTAURANT WITH OVER 80 EMPLOYEES. IF YOU VISIT, YOU MAY CATCH HIM BEHIND THE SUSHI BAR MAKING SUSHI, VISITING WITH CUSTOMERS AT THEIR TABLES, OR EVEN GIVING A DRUM OR GUITAR SOLO ON THE CENTER STAGE.

cHEF TYLoR

Sushi Chef Tylor is not only a head sushi chef, but he is also the assistant manager of Ninja Sushi & Teriyaki. The 26 year old has been in the restaurant business and a Sushi Chef for 6 years. Tylor says his favorite things about being a chef is "Being able to be in the zone and clear your head. It feels natural and comforting. Getting to improve and perfect my craft is really beautiful to me. It's all about the love and passion." Over the years he has continued to perfect his creative craft.
